It all started more than 40 years since when a young inexperienced girl stepped nervously inside the National Public School, Kolkata’s office room.
Nervous yet determined to prove her metal with a vision in her eyes, a vision to grow anddo something out of the box. As days passed by, life propelled that young girl through so many steps to the helm as the principle of the institution and enriched her with her magnitude of life’s lesson. That young girl, principal, my humble self is ever grateful to life and my sigh for the precious gems that were gifted to me. During my tenure as a principal of the school after my hectic schedule in a day, after reaching home carrying out the responsibilities of my family while at bed, each and every day I always had a terrific urge to start something of my own, on my own, probably inherited.
From my father, who himself was a pronounced businessman of his era, being an educationist from the core, I had the opportunity to meet right people of the right time, which is an absolute prerequisite of entrepreneurship, attending seminars, workshops, conducting various exhibitions on various topics in my and in other institutions came to a great help here.
Having an educational background and a practical experience allowed me better understand many different industries and niches that I can work in education and experience gave me the ability to make decisions which were best for my workplace and business. A good education can make a big difference in your small business success. At least it did for myself as it helped me in understanding the industry where I was getting into. I would also like to thank the courses that I took about entrepreneurship and small business management so that when I started my own setup, these were no surprise along the way. With all these in background post-retirement, I am all prepared to give my dream a full go. Thanks to my daughter for all her help, support after all, Esha’s creation is in her name only, however whatever I wish on, or hope to do or achieve life has taught me that having good relations, compassion and peace of mind is much more important than any achievements degree or money as no one needs to prove one’s potentiality as each one of us are unique in our own way. My sincere heartful thanks to the electronic city credence. Team who gave me this opportunity to share my experience.
I wish them great success ahead.
