On International Day of Yoga, Bangalore Apartments’ Federation (BAF) and the Department of Ayush, Karnataka, are celebrating Yogotsava 2024 from June 10-21. This marks the 10th anniversary of the UN’s adoption of International Yoga Day. Yoga sessions were conducted in city apartments as part of BAF’s wellness efforts. Participants of all ages enjoyed morning sessions led by trained professionals from Yoga Gangotri, an NGO in this field. Ayush also organized Yoga Nritya and health camps, including Nadipariksha at select locations.
