I'm Shanthi from SHANTHI'S HOME KITCHEN. Basically a Techie worked in IT over a decade. After sabbatical break conceived this startup in 2017 as Home Based business serving batter. We also used to deliver Cold pressed oil from our native..After 5years of relentless effort & Covid break - Now we are a Legally Registered Brand, opened Hygienic COLD PRESSED OIL AND BATTER PROCESSING FACILITY in Akshayanagar. We also serve Special HOME MADE SPICES/RICE MIX & MASALA POWDERS. - This is an initiative to serve society with chemical-free, pure & natural products. Hygiene and Food safety is our highest priority, I'm a FoSCoC Certified food safety personal by FSSAI. We also have a consultancy tIe-up with IIFPT (Indian Institute of Food Processing Technol… We bring groundnut, coconut and sesame seeds from our own farm where we grow them naturally. We use palm jaggery for sesame oil extraction which is a unique traditional process which is very special. You are welcome to witness all these traditional processes in our facility.
- Our Batter is one unique mix - we have installed a dedicated KENT RO plant for batter preparation. Our batter is professionally packed & stored in Food grade/refrigeration-safe pouches. No Soda/No Preservative, it is an authentic stone ground batter naturally fermented.
- Another crown in our offering is Geographical special premium Uthukuli Cow Ghee. We are in the process of adding traditional varieties of organic Black kavuni rice, Red Kavuni rice, Rajamudi rice, Hand pound unpolished rice, millets & pulses. Our Vision is to become a Go to Store for all unique & finest varieties of traditional items for healthy living.
- Last but not least - every product including water is tested in the NABL-accredited labs for its quality & purity as per FSSAI.
