Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, onion, apple, olives, and spinach.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and greens. Toss gently to ensure even coating.
- Add crumbled feta cheese on top.
