Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has inked a long-term lease for 1.4 million sq ft of office space at the 360 Business Park, Electronics City. The deal, valued at approximately ₹2,130 crore over 15 years, includes a monthly rent of around ₹9.3 crore. The phased move-in begins in April 2026.
