Podar Prep Plus Preschool, Gollahalli Main Road, Shikaripalya, Electronic City Phase 1, celebrated Navratri in a unique way by blending cultural festivities with innovative learning traditions.
In line with the Panchakosha of NCF-2022, children enjoyed dandiya, story sessions, music, puppet shows, and art activities that promoted holistic development while keeping the festive spirit alive.
The highlight of the event was the school’s exclusive Pencil Ceremony, a tradition unique to Podar Prep Plus. As part of this ceremony, children were gifted beautifully decorated pencils and introduced to essential stationery through engaging stories and puppet shows. This symbolic gesture marked their first step into the world of writing and self-expression.
Head of Centre, Ms. Darshika Bhargava, said, “The Pencil Ceremony is not just about giving a child a pencil—it is about instilling confidence and celebrating the beginning of their learning journey.”
Parents praised the initiative, describing it as a memorable and meaningful milestone in their children’s early education.
