Project Udaan is a skill development initiative for government and underprivileged school children, focused on basic tailoring training. The aim is to empower young girls with practical skills that can support them during career breaks after marriage or motherhood. Even basic knowledge in tailoring can open doors to careers such as tailoring, boutique management, fashion design, or textile industry jobs, helping them become financially independent and confident.

The chief guest, Mr. Arun Kumar Sinha, Former Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ranchi, inspired the audience with his speech on women empowerment. Mr. Dorai of Tarun Tailors also shared valuable industry insights. The teachers of UDAAN who volunteered to give their valuable time and effort for the upliftment of women empowerment were honoured with special awards in the occasion.
