Method
1. Peel and mash the boiled sweet potato until smooth.
2. Add jaggery powder, chopped almonds, cinnamon powder, and coconut milk.
3. Mix everything well to form a soft, smooth dough.
4. Lightly grease a modak mould if needed.
5. Fill the mould with the mixture, press gently, and carefully unmould.
6. Garnish with chopped pistachios and a few saffron strands.
7. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for the best texture.
