TCS World 10K Bengaluru, powered by Procam International is one of the most coveted running events. Started in 2008, this year was its 18th year.This year, 36,821 participants joined the race from all over India and World. Running numbers and bibs were collected by all participants from the Get Active Expo - TCSW10K 2026 from Thursday, 23rd April to Saturday, 25th April organised at St. Joseph Indian High School, Ashok Nagar. There had been multiple stalls for the participants where they could explore active gears, beverages, shoes and healthy proteins. Asics was the Sports Goods Partner, Bisleri was hydration partner and Mirchi was the radio partner. Among the different stalls, TCS has also put 3 stalls for awareness regarding Nature Conservation. One of the stalls was allotted for Eco Workshops conducted by Parul Sharan (Founder, Eco_Margdarsak). She conducted different workshops on different days of the event: Day 1: Waste Minimization and Segregation wherein she oriented people towards reducing, refusing and recycling through fun games and quiz. Day 2: People enjoyed hands on experience of making bioenzyme (the natural cleaner made from peels) and taking it home Day 3: People learnt about composting through demos and fun games. The Eco Workshop stall attracted people from different cities, professions and ages. Games were enjoyed by kids, adults and old people alike. She also got the opportunity to teach Army Veterans, Seasoned runners, Managers, Staff, Volunteers and even Security staff stationed in the event. It was an honor for her to help the Indian Blind Cricket Team to prepare bioenzyme. The entire event was full of energy, smiles and learning. The purpose of putting up an Eco Workshop stall in “ Get Active Expo Event” was to make people understand that the most important things to be healthy and active are clean air and water.
